Our Delivery Service

Our work doesn't end once we have received your order, in some ways it has only just begun. A vital part of our business is ensuring that your blinds are delivered quickly and efficiently; we don't partner with the cheapest delivery companies, we partner with the best.

As all our blinds are stocked or manufactured here in the UK, we avoid the logistical problems that plague many overseas companies. When we say "in-stock" we mean here in the UK!

For orders with a value less than 75 a delivery charge of 5.95 is made, for orders above this value deliveries are free of charge. Please note that the entire order must be delivered to the same address to qualify for the free delivery.

Fully Insured

All of our deliveries are fully insured, at no cost to you. Should your blinds be lost or damaged on route we will simply replace them and deal directly with the claim ourselves. All we ask is that when you sign for the delivery you make sure it is in good condition, if you are short of time simply mark the delivery as "un-inspected".

Email notification and Tracking

Once your order is ready for dispatch we will email you a notification and also a tracking number, you may then track your parcel online at your convenience.

Delivery Lead Times

Specific delivery times are shown against each individual blind within our online store. Generally our lead times range from 2 to 14 working days dependent on the blind, we will of course contact you if for any reason your delivery is likely to be outside of our quoted times.

If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself.
